We are planning to hire a number of policy roles:

  • Policy Associate or Manager (3): digital agriculture, water (in-line chlorination), generalist (Office of the Faculty Director)
    • The policy associate or manager is a key position on our growing team. This person will help us connect with policymakers to disseminate findings from our research and policy work and identify new opportunities to scale promising innovations. This person will work closely with research teams on their portfolio(s) and with Michael Kremer’s Office of the Faculty Director to expand our reach and advance innovations with the potential to improve the lives of millions in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Policy & Communications Manager (1)
    • The policy and communications manager combines strategic communications planning with hands-on content creation and project management. This person will work closely with researchers, policy teams, field staff, and external partners to disseminate findings and insights that inform development practice and policy decisions. The role offers the opportunity to shape how cutting-edge research reaches and influences key decision-makers in the development sector.
  • Consultants, Multilateral Engagement (multiple)

    • DIL is recruiting consultants to support our opportunities to work with governments and multilateral development banks (MDBs) to scale cost-effective innovations. These consultants will help us take advantage of opportunities to work with and advise governments and MDBs, including the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
  • Director, Multilateral Engagements

    • The Policy Director helps embed innovation and lessons from evidence into multilateral decisions. The Policy Director will work with DIL Faculty Director Michael Kremer and DIL senior leadership to help Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and their government counterparts set up structures to institutionalize innovation and evidence-based decision-making.
