Terrina Govender is an Associate Director at DIL, working on water treatment policy. Prior to joining the Lab she was Director of Policy at the G20 Global Innovation Hub where she led engagement with the G20 Health Working Group and Joint Finance and Health Task Force. Terrina has contributed to five G20 presidencies and held roles at Google, the Tony Blair Institute and Dalberg Africa. Her policy advisory work focused on supporting multilateral institutions and national governments across East, West and Southern Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.
