Pablo Ramos is an Assistant Research Manager at DIL. He supports research operations across the Lab and leads part of the education and early childhood development (ECD) portfolio in Latin America. Previously, he worked at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), where he led Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) plans for ECD programs and supported the creation of an innovation lab to promote evidence use within the Colombian government. Pablo is from Colombia and holds an MSc and BA in Economics, and a BA in Government and Public Affairs from Universidad de los Andes.
