Heather Rushing is an Operations Associate at the Development Innovation Lab (DIL) at the University of Chicago. In her role, she supports the Lab’s research and operational activities by managing procurement, finance, onboarding, and administrative processes. She works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with university policies. Before joining DIL, Heather served as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of International Affairs, where she supported visa processing (H-1B, J-1, and F-1), coordinated GEMS reimbursements, and managed front desk operations. Heather holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
