Rathan Sudheer is a Research & Policy Manager at DIL. He previously worked with DIL as a Research Professional supporting agricultural projects in Kenya, and prior to that was a Senior Research Associate at EPIC India where he supported multiple research projects at the intersection of energy and climate change. Rathan holds a masters degree in Economics from The University of Chicago and a masters in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, India.
